NetEase, Inc. announced the release of the first phase one
of a multi-phased web site enhancement project. The impetus
for the overhaul was an effort to provide an improved, easy-to-use
site more in line with the company's core brand and mission
attributes - excellent internet services and superb customer
service at an exceptional value.
William Perdue, founder and CEO, stated that "the web
site will visually convey our values, mission, services, and
even our sense of humor! The next step is to hear what our
current and potential customers think." Customer feedback
will be solicited via an on-line survey form available from
the web site's home page at www.neteze.com/tell_us.
The Barnes Group,
a web services firm, was contracted to complete the project.
